Hi Robin, Welcome to
my blog, I’m happy meet you and introduce you to my readers. Let’s get started.
And hello to you, Lynn!
Title, genre, format
(ebook, paperback):
‘The Unborn’. Mystery
Thriller.
Tell me about your book/story:
From the world of New York’s Catholic Cathedral, to the secret and
treacherous brotherhood hiding in a Black Forest monastery, to a Vatican
conclave to elect a new pope. This is the second novel from Robin. Following
the success of Rough Music, Robin has crafted a thriller full of verve
and pace and introduces the fearless and engaging Josie King, as she delves
into an underworld of religious fanaticism on a personal crusade for vengeance.
The first in a series starring Robin’s new detective. A breathless, compelling thriller with
sinister religious fanatics, an engaging heroine, a shocking crime and a dark
secret, The Unborn is guaranteed to keep you awake deep into the night.

What is the one thing
you’d like people to know about you (or, what is your secret superpower):
I can’t help finding comedy in everything. Even in serious situations. That’s the reason why I can’t keep funny
stuff out of my thrillers.

And just a few fun
questions:
Pen or Computer:
The mighty computer is God.
Best writing snacks:
Snicker bars. Two,
actually, because the buggers shrunk them.
Craziest thing you’ve
done for story research:
I am both impatient and lazy when it comes to researching
for my books. Rather than hop on a plane
to Rome like Dan Brown, I use google maps, Rout Master and Google images. Oh, yes, and estate agent sites. You can see locations and actually wander
around people’s houses anywhere in the world.
Okay, impatient, lazy and
cheap. The way I research can be likened
to perusing one's picture postcard collection in a
darkened room with a torch. It's not as much fun as a three-month holiday
in Rome, I know, but there you go.
